For the last few weeks, me and my classroom have been making maths word problems.

I learned about making maths word problems that it's very easy to come up with stuff to make a problem one thing I enjoyed was doing the math problem and solving the equations. next time I will write a bit more.

This morning we had to practice what we would do in an earthquake. 

I learned that you have to get under your desk quickly and sensibly. One thing I enjoyed was learning what to do if there was ever an earthquake. Next time I will try to remember to tuck my legs in.

our task today was to read about The Eagle and the Cactus. And answer what you learned about. The first thing I did was I went to go threw it and proofread it and then showed the teacher and then Submitted it.

And this is what I have done

I learned that. Between the years of 1325 and 1521 CE, a great civilization arose and thrived. They were the Aztec people, who lived in what is today central Mexico. I also learned that. According to legend, the Aztecs were once a nomadic tribe. They wandered the land, setting up temporary homes here and there, fighting off attackers.

WALT: Create a Caricature

Our task was to create a Caricature about ourselves.  First I drew my face with a pencil on a draft paper.  Then I had to copy my Caricature onto cartridge paper (good copy).  After that I started to outline my drawing in vivid.  Next I started dyeing my Caricature and the background.  

I think I did well with doing the outlines in vivid.  I could improve on drawing my eyes bigger and bolder.

Beautiful Breeds

My activity was to read an article from Read works about Beautiful Breeds of horses. I enjoyed reading about different breeds because they have nice shades of colours. Next time I need to be more descriptive.  

I learned that Appaloosa, Belgian Draft, Holsteiner, Quarter Horse ... These are just a few of the over 200 different horse breeds living around the world today. I also learned that although breeds can look wildly different, they all belong to a single species: Equus caballus.

today we are doing our reading and these are some things I learned.  about soccer. I learend that. In England before 1863, soccer was seen as a sport for men of all ages, and it became known as men’s favorite pastime. I also learend that. parts of the world outside the U.S.A.) The standardization of rules made soccer much safer. In 1881, the first women’s soccer game in Great Britain was recorded, though women most likely had been playing soccer before this game.I learned that. As a toddler, she wore corrective shoes that gently brought her foot into a normal position. I also learned that. Mia Hamm is a famous athlete who played soccer for the United States Women’s National Team from 1987 until 2004. She became the first international star of women’s soccer.

my lockdown

During Lockdown we have done lots of things. We started a garden of mostly herbs. We grew carrots,radishes,sage,onions,spring onions,and parsley.
Then my brother and I  made a seesaw and it was fun because it went two stories high
but it was scary as well. I almost fell off. We've done lots of baking. We also made Maccas. They were so yummy. I made some delicious afghans and rainbow cookies. We love cooking so much that my brother, sister and I cook by ourselves sometimes.

I learned that In the Coral Sea in Australia, there is a reef. A reef is a ridge of rock, coral, or sand near the surface of a sea. But this reef isn’t just any old reef. It’s the Great Barrier Reef, the world’s largest coral reef system. It covers over 2300 kilometers, reaching from shallow areas to deep ocean waters. It is so big that it can be seen from outer space! I also learned The Great Barrier Reef is home to many types of living things. It has thousands of types of mollusks and over 1500 kinds of fish. It’s also home to many species of sharks and dolphins, not to mention sea turtles, sea cows, and other creatures. Humpback whales even find their way to the reef to breed! 

I learned that Canyons are deep valleys surrounded by rocky cliffs. One of the most famous canyons in the world is in the Arizona desert in the United States. It is called the Grand Canyon. I also learned that The Grand Canyon stretches for 277 miles. That is a long distance! If you were in a car traveling at highway speed, it would take you about five hours to go that far. 

I learent that Some people may think that making a movie ends when you've filmed all of the movie's parts. But that's not true! Once you've shot or recorded the movie on camera, you have to edit the movie. This is a very important step! I also learent that To edit a movie usually means to delete, correct, and reorder the sound and footage recorded. Footage is the video that has been filmed for a movie. All of the footage and sound that was recorded is given to an editor. The editor looks at and listens to everything recorded. The editor puts the sound and video together to make the movie the way it should be.

Before the lockdown, my dad. got a kitten it was so scared when I picked it up but then it got used to it loved to jump on my when I’m asleep she also loved to sleep on my bed is well my kitten was really fun to play with but it was sad is well because it got chucked in the river from its old owners that’s why its name is called the river that’s why we have the kitten know and we would never do that.to a little kitten I love my  Kitten so much that if it got lost id go ever where to find it that’s how much I love my little kitten she wakes me up every morning because she Yorn’s so loud that I have to wake up and feed her and she loves to rub on you every night/morning she's  very playful  with   other people that’s why I love her so much she loves to curl up in a ball on the couch, beds  and fluffy  mats s well Everybody in my house loves here so much she is our favorite pet in the house but we have a dog but he is not allowed in the house but he’s our favorite outside pet we also love him so much because you can play with him you can sleep with him also he can jump so high like my kitten but he's very nughty swell sometimes he won't listen to you even if your playing but i love him he's our only dog because we did have more dogs but one of them died from heart problems we loved him swell i was only 5 when i had him it was very sad because it was my uncles dog swell we had him when my uncle got married.      he was my favorite pet swell once he died we got Tama he was really scared because he was a new pet and he used to bite people he also bite me and it really hurts and I was also 4 I screamed so loud that the dog hides IN his house he got a big growling from me mum and dad then we got used to each other after all of that and know he is very fun to play with even though he is old some times he likes to jump in my mum’s bed on the weekend and the couch he’s very funny swell. And he also licks me it’s very weird  we did have a bunny but it died when we were at our other house in coppers beach that was fun until we heard about my bunny and we had one more night there because we had five nights but I spent one of my nights at home and we didn’t know how the bunny died but thought it was getting old and that day we buried my bunny and it was very sad also we got KFC it was yummy I also got ice cream the flavor was cookies and cream, I eat it at midnight because I forgot that I had it was yum swell

I learned that platypus is an odd-looking creature, it still has a lot of friends around the world. I also learned that platypus lives along the banks of eastern Australia's lakes, rivers, ponds, and streams.

This week I learned how to make a formula using terms and patterns I then placed them onto a graph.  I also learned about the y-axis and the x-axis. The y-axis is vertical and the x-axis runs horizontally.
